Richard Sell
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Sell was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2023. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd (HAESL), and held various management positions with several Swire Group companies, including Cathay Pacific Airways, Swire Pacific, The China Navigation Company, Swire Energy Services, and Swire Pacific Offshore in Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Europe.
Summit Chan
Group Director Corporate Development
Summit Chan was appointed Group Director Corporate Development in May 2019, and a Director of the Company on 19 August 2019. He took up the roles as Chairman of HAECO Xiamen and HAECO’s other China Joint Ventures in August 2019. He joined the Swire Group in 1988 and has served in various leadership positions in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Chinese Mainland.
Gerald Steinhoff
Chief Commercial Officer
Gerald Steinhoff was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of the HAECO Group in January 2023. He was previously Managing Director of the HÜBNER Group in Germany where his role included general management as well as change management. Prior to that, he worked with Lufthansa Technik AG and MTU Aero Engines GmbH.
Jacqueline Jiang
Group Director Airframe Services
Jacqueline Jiang was appointed Group Director Airframe Services in July 2022. She was previously Chief Operating Officer of HAECO Xiamen and has served in various leadership roles for the Group’s operating company in the Chinese Mainland.
Roy Shearer
Group Director Finance
Roy Shearer was appointed Group Director Finance in August 2021. He was previously Finance Director of Swire Pacific Offshore in Singapore, and Chief Financial Officer of Swire Oilfield Services in the UK. Prior to joining the Swire Group in 2015, he held various finance and treasury roles in the oil and gas industry in the UK, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates.
Sandra Nieuwenhuijzen
Group Director Components & Engine Services
Sandra Nieuwenhuijzen was appointed Group Director Components and Engine Services for the HAECO Group in April 2023, driving strategy and performance across multiple companies. She joined from Sigma Aerospace in Australia, where she was Chief Executive Officer since 2021. She has extensive management experience in the aviation industry working in the Netherlands and Australia.
Raymond So
Group Director Human Resources
Raymond So was appointed Group Director Human Resources in April 2020. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Vogue Laundry Service Limited and Managing Director of Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. He joined the Swire Group in 1980 and has served in management positions in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and Switzerland.
